Mango coconut cheer pudding
I love chia seeds and chia pudding! I’ve been cheerleading for years and I’ve always loved this coconut mango combination. It is also my daughter Carina’s favorite cheer pudding. If you want to try some of my other chia puddings, try this triple berry chia pudding, coconut lime raspberry chia pudding, or these frozen raspberry coconut chia pudding pops!
Chia seed pudding is so easy to make that you just need to combine all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight. It has a tapioca-like texture and is hard to come by. Small chia seeds are more than four times larger when soaked in liquid.
It doesn’t taste much, so whatever you add it will add to the taste. The texture is similar to passion fruit seeds. And if you’re wondering, yes, it’s the same chia seeds used to make chia pets. This recipe was created in 2012, but recently, thanks to Kim Kardashian’s cheerleader post, cheerleaders are everywhere on TikTok and seem to be trending again. And so, I thought this was the perfect moment to retake it and give the photo a facelift.
Is Chiaplin healthy?
Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3, the healthy fat we need. 2 tablespoons of chia seeds include 139 calories, 4 grams of protein, 9 grams of fat, 12 grams of carbohydrates, 11 grams of fiber, plus vitamins, minerals and fiber. Besides making pudding, you can also add it to smoothies and muffins. My favorite is to put it in oats overnight.
How to make chia pudding
To make chia pudding, combine chia seeds with your favorite liquid. Your favorite sweeteners, such as milk, dairy-free milk, and fruit juices. Mix well and leave for 30 minutes. Then stir the seeds again so that the seeds do not harden. At this point, you can add fruit, cover the container and refrigerate overnight. Please enjoy it in two bowls.
The most important part of making chia pudding your own is knowing the ratio of chia seeds to liquids!I personally use it and find the best results 2 tablespoons of chia seeds When 1/2 cup of selected liquid..
